MSc. Hüseyin DİREK

I completed my undergraduate studies in Psychology and my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Near East University. I am currently continuing my PhD studies in the Department of General Psychology at the same university, having completed my coursework and now working on my doctoral thesis.

I have completed my Positive Psychotherapy training at the Wiesbaden Academy of Psychotherapy. In addition, I received training in Smoking, Alcohol, and Substance Addiction at The Association for Addiction Professionals.

Alongside my internships in developmental psychology and clinical psychology, I have participated in various seminars and continue to actively conduct scientific research.

Between 2017 and 2022, I served as a board member of the Cyprus Turkish Psychologists Association. Since 2016, I have been working at Near East University as a General Coordinator in the administrative staff, and as a Clinical Psychologist at the Psychological Counseling, Guidance, and Research Center.

In addition to traditional face-to-face therapy, I have been providing online therapy services since the COVID-19 pandemic, offering remote support to individuals who prefer or require online access.
